The Capital City Museum announced its GRAND REOPENING, after a 12 month renovation project! Beginning Saturday, July 24 from 10AM-4PM, the museum will be open for all visitors. Come see newly reimagined exhibits featuring Frankfort’s founding, native heritage, and notable residents in its renovated exhibit space. Renovations include new lighting, paint, visitor entrance, and an expanded retail space. Frankfort and Franklin County residents and visitors are invited to the museum Monday-Saturday, 10AM-4PM. Admission is always free!
