Visit Frankfort announces new office location.

Frankfort, KY— April 19, 2019 — The Frankfort / Franklin County Tourist and Convention Commission today announced their offices will move to 300 St. Clair St., Suite 101-102 in historic downtown Frankfort on May 15, 2019. The move comes after the sale of the City owned Gooch House at 100 Capital Ave.

“Our new office location will put us in the heart of downtown. We are excited to be in an area that many tourists seek out to visit attractions, restaurants and shops,” said Robin Antenucci, Executive Director. “While the Gooch House was an attraction in itself, our new location will give us an opportunity to interact with more pedestrian traffic, both local and visitors.”

The new location is in the first floor of the McClure Building. “It’s a bright, fresh space where we can showcase everything Frankfort has to offer. It aligns perfectly with our goal of developing our brand, and updating our identity,” said Antenucci.

“We are thrilled to have Frankfort Tourism not only in the McClure Building, but on St. Clair St. We look forward to the activity and people this will bring downtown!” said McClure Building owner John Dunn.

“Frankfort delivers on all the qualities that make Kentucky such a wonderful destination — history, spirits, arts and natural beauty. We’re excited by the opportunity to help bring more people to experience Frankfort”, said Antenucci.

The Frankfort / Franklin County Tourist Commissions mission is to promote Frankfort and Franklin County as a destination for visitors from all over the world.
