The Buckley Wildlife Sanctuary consists of over 370 acres of woodlands and meadows bordering the Kentucky River. Six miles of trails pass through a variety of habitats that are open to the public. Buckley Wildlife Sanctuary, managed by Bluegrass Greensource, is located in beautiful Franklin and Woodford Counties. We are dedicated to protecting the integrity of the sanctuary, its birds & wildlife, and offering excellent environmental education.
Nature Center hours are shown below. Trails are open 7 days per week, dawn to dusk.
