We begin our story with the legendary John G. Mattingly and his enduring impact on the Bourbon industry, dating back to 1845 with his first distillery in Louisville, registered as DSP #2 in the district.
Today our founder, Jeff Mattingly, and his family continue the work of their ancestors by making a splash in the bourbon industry with innovative methods to create the finest whiskies through thoughtful blending and stave finishing techniques.
