The City of Frankfort in partnership with Liberty Hall and Downtown Frankfort, Inc., present Liberty Hall-er – an America 250 Music Festival. Located on the banks of the Kentucky River with stages at Liberty Hall Historic Site, Ward Oates Amphitheatre, and Riverview Park.
This is a FREE music festival. No tickets required.
- Family-friendly event with live music and activities.
- There will be on-site food and drink trucks available for purchase.
- Restroom facilities, refillable water stations, and shade stops will be available throughout the event.
- The event is wheelchair and stroller accessible.
- Parking will be available throughout downtown and in the city’s parking garage.
- No coolers, backpacks, or pets will be permitted at this event.

- Liberty Hall-er is a FREE event for the community!
- Liberty Hall-er is a family-friendly event, children’s activities will be available at the local stage
- Food and beverages will be available for purchase from vendors at the festival
- Water refill stations will be available at the festival. Please bring your own bottle!
- Attendees are welcome to come and go throughout the day. Please use main festival entrances via Main Street and Broadway.
- Fold up chairs are welcome at both the local and main stages
- Please leave coolers at home. Make plans to purchase drinks from our festival vendors or downtown businesses
- Please leave your furry friends at home, Liberty Hall-er is a human festival!
- Merch will be available for for purchase from the Liberty Hall-er festival and from our musicians.
- Parking is available throughout downtown Frankfort and in the city’s parking garages
