The colorful flowering clock is located on the West Lawn of the Capitol Grounds. It was erected in May of 1961 by Gov. Bet Combs. The face of the clock is 34 ft. across and planted with thousands of plants that are changed out seasonally. For good luck, toss a coin into the fountain! Hours are Dawn- Dusk.
