Led by Capital City Museum director & host of the award-winning podcast Kentucky Deceased, Eleanor Hasken-Wagner, this tour takes you on a walk through history like you wouldn't believe. Murders, mobs, shoot-outs, and more await you on this tour through time. Frankfort has a hidden, dark past and you'll be taken to the sights that continue to cause fear! This tour is not appropriate for all ages, nor all guests. The grueling deeds covered in the tour are bloody, dark, and horrific. We recommend all tour guests be a minimum of 15 years old and require that anyone under 18 attend with their parent or guardian. The Museum doors open at 7:00 pm and the tour begins promptly at 7:30 pm. Should you arrive late, you will be responsible for finding the tour group on their walking path. The tour requires walking and standing. If you have access needs, please let us know during booking so we can ensure we're doing our best to accommodate you. The tour does cover several downtown blocks where there are minimal benches or seating areas. Should the tour need to be cancelled or rescheduled due to inclement weather, you will be notified via Square. |
